Orders & Payment

We accept various payment methods including cash on delivery (COD), bank transfers, and major credit cards. All payment methods are clearly displayed at checkout.

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your package through our delivery partners or contact our customer service for updates.

Return Process Details

Step 2: Return Authorization

We'll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions within 24 hours.

Step 3: Package Your Return

Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include all accessories, and attach the RA number to the package.

Step 4: Ship the Return

Send the package to our return center using the provided shipping label. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective.
